We specialize in computer solutions for trucking companies and can offer you a complete service from equipment purchase and setup through training your staff in the use of the new system.

SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS & TRAINING
Whether you're converting from another software solution or a paper system, the transition to a new software solution can be daunting often taking weeks and sometime months to fully implement. Our on site training can get your entire staff up and running in days instead of weeks. We'll start at the beginning and walk you through the entire process. We work with all aspects of the program and your business from booking the load to paying your drivers and insuring their compliance with all required safety regulations. Just as our software offers a COMPLETE software solution for tracking your trucking company our on site training offers a COMPLETE learning solution for your employees.

Whatever your needs the Truckers Helper Professional Services division is at your disposal offering affordable rates and workable solutions.

RATES:

•  1 to 10 trucks:  $500.00/day - $ 2000/week*
• 11 and above:   $600.00/day - $2500/week*

TRAVEL:

• $1.00**
• Book early, or place your name on our waiting list, and we may be able to dramatically reduce the transportation costs by combining your trip with others along the way.

*There is a 2 day minimum for all service levels. A week is 5 consecutive days (need not be week days). There is a $100/day layover fee if we're asked to layover.
**There is a $200 minimum for travel. Mileage is ProMiles Practical miles from Melbourne, Fl. to your location. Additional charges may apply if there are no RV Parks within 20 miles of your facilities.

FUEL SURCHARGE:
There is an additional fuel surcharge which is calulated by taking the cost of fuel over $2.50/gallon and dividing it by 6. Average cost is deteminued by the average cost of fuel to your facility using ProMiles fuel optimization.
