I called the
office on last Monday and left word that the auditor found that his office
had missed a page when they photocopied my report. I had just
started a spread sheet to list each entry and total them to prove the
program was right when he called. It was his problem NOT the
program's problem. I didn't think it was in the program but I wasn't
going to argue with the auditor until I had double checked with you and
the spread sheet. You know how the auditors get when
challenged.
As he has learned how the program works, he
is becoming more and more impressed with it. He has backed down from
wanting about a half dozen additional record sets to only wanting to
confirm my fuel receipt for one quarter. You have come through
again.

Good Evening John,
Am ready to attempt my first "download", having just received your e-
mail. I again would like to thank you for a software package, that
so far really suits my small company. In addition, I am grateful to
both of you for being so patient and kind throughout my continuous
"question/learning" period. I have found this industry overall to be
at times, a very discouraging one, and you guys are always a pleasure
to speak with. Keep up the good work - Southern Eagle Transport

Just a quick note to thank you for all of your assistance and co-operation. I can't express how much it means to know you are there and ready to help us when we have problems, even when it doesn't directly involve your excellent product. Good support is getting to be rare now days and to help customers with non-program problems is unheard of.
Also, are you still recommending avoiding COMPAQ computers because of the problem of getting information from them on the changes they make in the OS?
