THE TRUCKERS HELPER TRUCKING SOFTWARE
REMOTE SUPPORT
INSTALLATION
If you installed The Truckers Helper in the default directory, c:\truckers helper, the remote support client will install itself automatically and you will not have to do anything. If you installed the program on another drive, or in another directory, you will need to participate in the installation and tell the program where to install the client.
 You must
have a connection to the internet to use Remote Support so start by
connecting to the internet. Then open your program and click WEB
TOOLS/REMOTE SUPPORT. Help.

note: Remote Support requires connection to the internet and a phone connection with support. It is not available if you only have one phone line and must use that line to connect to the internet.

If the Remote Support Client is
not found you'll be asked if you want to install it. Click Yes.
The installer will then
run and display the opening screen - click NEXT 
You will then be asked to
select the directory to install the program into. Select the Drive letter
from the drop down at the bottom of this screen an the program should then
display the correct path. Once the correct path is displayed click
NEXT
The program will then display
the Start Menu folder, just select NEXT to continue. 
You're now ready to install the
Truckers Helper Remote Support client. Cllick INSTALL. 
Click FINISH and the setup program will close and the
