When The Truckers Helper program first opens it appears in special trial mode. All the features of the program are turned on so you can try them out. The Truckers Helper program runs in special mode for 30 days.
NEW FEATURE BEGINNING WITH VERSION 6.2.13 - ONLINE ACTIVATION
To Activate The Truckers Helper:
At the end of the 30 days a message dialog box is displayed when you try to open the program.
Click OK. The Access Code dialog box is displayed.
Enter the Access Code to continue.
The Truckers Helper Versions:
Drivers Version -
If you purchased The Truckers Helper at a truck stop you have the Drivers Version. In the box you should have a Registration Card. On this card there is a registration number, enter that number in the text field and your program is activated. If you lost the registration card please contact us for a registration number.
All Other Versions -
You MUST contact us for an activation code. If you have questions about using The Truckers Helper, please call 321-956-7331. If you need an activation code, please call 800-875-7435. We are in the process of adding a web based utility that will activate The Truckers Helper program and eliminate the need to call -- look for this feature in the near future.
When you activate The Truckers Helper program the features that are not included in the version you purchased are disabled. The command button for the feature is grayed out (disabled) and you will not be able to click the button. If you need a feature that is no longer available please contact us for information on upgrading your Truckers Helper version.
