ERROR 3021

This error is almost always caused by not clicking the OR button BEFORE you start entering data.

EXIT the page and go back to it again, that will reset everything. Now PRESS ENTER, or CLICK the or button. The button should change to which will indicate that you are now adding a new record. Now enter the information in the field with the RED HIGHLIGHT and press the ENTER key to move to the next field. Continue until you have entered all the required data. Click to save the record.
