Description

Information Field Box - A no color text field box with gray text contains program data and cannot be edited.

Text Field Box - A white text field box is optional (not a required field to save the record).

Text Field Box - A yellow text field box is required data (you MUST fill in yellow boxes before you can save the record). For number fields enter the number. Do not use commas, dollar signs, or any other characters a number field.

Pulldown List - Select from the pulldown list or start typing the name you want in the field. The field populates with your matching entry as you type.

Memo Field Box - A text field box that let's you record memo's or other data. You can enter several lines of text in a memo box, unless otherwise indicated.

Note: You cannot use the Enter key to toggle out of a memo box. If you have entered data in the memo field box, use the Tab key to toggle out. The Enter key advances to the next line in the memo box.

Input Dialog Box - Asks for data needed by The Truckers Helper program. The format is usually shown by a default entry in the box.

Input Dialog Box - Gives a list of choices. Enter the number that matches the choice you want to select. For example to find by Date you would enter 3.
