Description

Displays the Billing window. Used by O/O's or companies who are doing their own billing.

Displays the Loads window. Used by O/O or companies to enter pickup and delivery data, who are doing their own billing.

Displays the Load Board window. Finds unassigned loads, assigns loads, finds status for loads, etc. Usually used with Billing and Loads.

Displays the Dispatch window. Used to dispatch trucks, enter check calls, quickly access customer data for current load, etc. Usually used with Billing and Loads.

Displays the Mileage window. Used by everyone to track mileage.

Displays the Trip Sheet window. A worksheet designed for Drivers and Single Truck O/O's to add trip miles and expenses. Use this sheet to simplify entry of your trip data.

Displays the Income & Expenses window. Used by everyone to enter income and expense data.

Displays the Truck Maintenance window. Used by O/O's and companies to create, record, and truck maintenance records.

Displays the Trailer Maintenance window. Used by O/O's and companies to create, record, and track trailer maintenance.

Displays the Routing window. Can be used by anyone to access the routing features of the program. This is an upgrade to the standard versions of the program.

Displays the Address Book window. Used by everyone to create and track customer data, directions, etc.

Displays the Settlements window. Used by Drivers and  O/O's to reconcile settlements they receive from their company. Also used to track reimbursed expenses and print Settlement reports.

Displays the Log Master window. Used by everyone to verify and/or keep driver log records.

Displays the Drivers window. Used by everyone to create and retrieve driver records. Can be used to track driver records, medical records, and safety data.

Displays the Payroll window. Used by companies to create payroll statements, import payroll from Billing and Mileage records, and to generate payroll.

Displays on top of an icon to indicate the feature is turned Off. To toggle between On and Off choose Utilities from The Truckers Helper Main menu. From Utilities choose Program Options. The Preferences window is displayed. Select the appropriate tab.

Displays as grayed out/disabled when a feature is not available in the version of the program you have. Contact us for upgrade.
