Email - The Truckers Helper includes free unlimited support via email for all registered users. Submit questions to support@truckershelper.com.  Be sure to include as much detail as possible to help us analyze your problem and offer you the most effective solution along with your Customer Id#. Most email questions are answered the same day.

The Internet - The Truckers Helper maintains a database of FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions), and common problems and solutions on our web site (www.truckershelper.com). Please check the web site periodically for an answer to your question. We also maintain an Online Support Request Form which you can use to report a problem or bug.

Phone Support - You are entitled to 90 days of free phone support. The 90 days begins when we ship your program, or when you register for programs purchased from an outside vendor. To speak with a customer service specialists please call:

Support is closed major holidays.

When you call be sure to have -

  1. Your Customer Number.

  2. The Version Number of your program.

  3. A complete description of the problem. If you are receiving an error message, we need to know exactly what the message displayed in the error box. If possible have the error message on your computer when you call.

Priority Service - If you sign up for our Priority Service program you are entitled to Free Unlimited Phone Support. Without Priority Service a service charge will be made for any support call beyond the 90 day limit.
