In order to activate the Load Pays box on the Billing page you must turn this function on in the Payroll Setup. Once turned on you can use this field to enter the amount you want to pay for a specific load in this box. When an amount is entered in this box the program will pay this amount and not any regular mileage or percentage pay for the load.
In order to use this function you must have the program setup for LET ME SELECT PRO rather then AutoPay When Delivered (this is set in payroll setup).
The program will NOT import this type of pay in place of the regular pay that is set in the Payroll Setup if you use the IMPORT to import mileage pay. We will be adding the ability to do this with the IMPORT function in a future update, but at this time you must manually select the ProNumbers to pay for this function to work.
