Rate 2

To Record Rate 2:

If the load is billed at two different rates use the second column of rate boxes for the Rate 2 data.

Example

If you are billing empty and loaded miles at two different rates or if you are using Rate Miles for Payroll:

1. Enter the empty miles in the Rate 1 column fields.

2. Enter the loaded miles in the Rate 2 column fields.
