About Income and Expenses

The Truckers Helper provides you with multiple ways to enter your income and expenses. Income and Expenses is designed for the trucking industry, and truckers who may not be familiar with standard accounting practices. For help with some common Accounting Questions see Frequently Asked Accounting Questions.  If you're not familiar with general accounting principals take a look at our Accounting Fundamentals, this will give you a general overview of keeping your Income & Expenses in the program.

To Display Income and Expenses:

1. From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Accounting.

2. From the Accounting pulldown menu choose Income/Expense. The Income & Expenses window is displayed.

3. To access the Income & Expenses window from the Fleet Version Program Flow click the Income & Expense icon.

4. To access the Income & Expenses window from the Drivers Version Accounting Flow click the Open Accounts icon.

Note: The Income & Expenses page contains all of your accounting records. Entries can be make here or, in the drivers version,  you can use the Trip Sheet and Settlements worksheets to simplify your data entry.
