Display the Income & Expenses window as outlined in About Income and Expenses.
Click the Functions 
button located on the Income
& Expenses toolbar. From the Functions pulldown menu choose Calculator.
From the Calculator pulldown menu choose Interest. The Interest
Calculator dialog box is displayed.
Enter the Amount borrowed and click OK.
Enter the Amount of the monthly payment and click OK.
Enter the Total Number of monthly payments and click OK.
Click Yes if you make payments at the end of the month. Click No if you do not make payments at the end of the month.
The Interest Rate is displayed.
Click OK.
