Display the Income & Expenses window as outlined in About Income and Expenses.
Click the Functions 
button located on the Income
& Expenses toolbar. From the Functions pulldown menu choose Calculator.
From the Calculator pulldown menu choose Loan
Payment. The Loan
Payment dialog box is displayed.
Enter the Amount you wish to borrow and click OK.
Enter the Annual Percentage Rate of your loan and click OK.
Enter the Number of monthly payments you will make and click OK.
Click Yes if you are going to make payments at the end of the month. Click No if you are not going to make payments at the end of the month.
The amount of your payment is displayed.
Click OK.
