Quick Entry

The Quick Entry selection box located on the right of the Income & Expenses window is loaded and displayed based on the Point of View of the program. The Truckers Helper program loads different transactions based on whether you are a Driver-Owner/Operator or a Company.  

If you are running The Truckers Helper in Demo Mode and you are a Driver-Owner/Operator leased to a company be sure Payroll is turned OFF.

To Turn Payroll Off:

1. From The Truckers Helper Main menu choose Utilities. From the Utilities pulldown menu choose Program Options. The Preferences window is displayed.

2. From the Preferences window select the tab labeled Accounting. Under the Payroll heading be sure the Payroll On check box is not selected.

3. Close the Preferences window.

Note: For Quick Entry to function properly you MUST determine whether Payroll should be turned ON or OFF.
