Special Functions

1. Display the Income & Expenses window as outlined in About Income and Expenses.

2. Click the Functions button located on the Income & Expenses toolbar. The Functions pulldown menu is displayed.

• Advanced Search - Searches your accounting records based on multiple criteria. For details see also Advanced Search.

• Add Driver Code - Adds driver codes to your Income & Expenses window. For details see also Add Driver Code.

• Calculator - Available to help you calculate Income & Expenses. For details see also Calculators.

• Change Account Assignment - Changes the Type assignment for a specified Charge To Account. For example, if you entered your Owners Draw as an Expense, but realize it should be Other, you can use this function to change all the entries assigned to Owners Draw with the Type changed from Expense to Other. For details see also Change Account Assignment.

• Combine Accounts - Combines two accounts into one account. If you setup two accounts for the same item in error, you can use this feature to combine both accounts into one. For details see also Combine Accounts.

• Import Data - Imports fuel card data in either Comdata or TranPlatinum format. For details see also Import And Export Data and Conversion Utility.

• Post Escrow Interest - Calculates and post interest payments to your drivers escrow accounts, if you are using the Driver Escrows account in conjunction with Payroll. You MUST set up the escrow interest percentage before you can use this function.

• ReNumber - Sorts all entries and places them in order by date then renumbers the entries (filling in any missing numbers in the process). For details see also ReNumber.

• Repair N/A Expenses - Searches for any Expense transactions that were PaidBy N/A and corrects the N/A to the correct PaidBy type. For details see also Repair N/A Expenses.

• Repair Missing Invoice #s - Searches for any missing invoice numbers in Billing. This features works only if you are using the ProNumber as the Invoice number.
