The Truckers Helper provides the capability to assist Drivers and Owner/Operators to reconcile settlements, track reimbursed expenses, export income and deductions to Income & Expenses, and print out Settlement Reports.
Note: The Settlement window is a worksheet not a permanent record of settlement data. Once the data is exported it may not reload all data from the settlement. The permanent record of your pay is stored in Income & Expenses.
To Display Settlements:
From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Accounting.
From the Accounting pulldown menu choose Settlements. The Settlements window is displayed.
To
access the Settlements window from the Fleet
Version Accounting Flow or the
Driver Version Program Flow click the Settlements
icon.
The Choose Truck dialog box is displayed.
Choose the Truck Number from the pulldown list. (Enter 0 all trucks.)
Click OK.
Note:
It is important that you view the Tutor 
from the Settlements
window to thoroughly understand how this feature works.
