The Truckers Helper provides the capability to enter trips, mileage, expenses and advances. The Trip Sheet is designed to give you an easy format for entering this data. The data entered in the Trip Sheet is stored in Mileage and Income & Expenses. The Trip Sheet is only available for Single Truck operations. If you have multiple trucks the Trip Sheet will not be available.
To Display Trip Sheet:
From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Accounting.
From the Accounting pulldown menu choose Trip Sheet. The Trip Sheet window is displayed.
To access the
Trip Sheet window from the Drivers
Version Program
Flow click the Trip
Sheet 
icon.
Note: It is important that you view the Trip Sheet Tutor to thoroughly understand how this feature works. From the Trip Sheet Main menu bar choose Help. From the Help pulldown menu choose Tutor.
