Display the Driver Records window as outlined in About Drivers.
From the Find Driver pulldown list choose the driver record you wish to a create a Date Reminder.
Enter the License Expires date, if applicable.
Enter the Medical Due date, if applicable.
Enter the Date of the reminder.
Enter the Reminder.
Click
the Save 
button
located on the bottom toolbar.
