When the dispatch screen is opened it will display the last reported location for the truck. It will also show the last Message and the date/time that message was received. If the LOCATION line is GREEN then the service is running and the information should be current. If the LOCATION line is RED the service is not running and you should restart the service. You CANNOT GET UPDATES if the service is not running.

MILES TO GO: this is calculated by the program using the ProMiles routing Practical Route from the Latitude/Longitude reported by Fleet Tracks to the City, State of the next scheduled Pick Up or Delivery.
TIME TO GO: this is calculated from the information above.
STATUS:
CURRENT means the Fleet Tracks unit was able to connect to the network
and report in.
DELAYED means the Fleet Tracks unit was not able to connect to the network
at the scheduled time and so the location reported was at an earlier time.
COMMANDS:
There are two commands that can be sent
from the DISPATCH page.
UPDATE - sends a request to the truck for it's current location. The response will normally take around 1 minute, but may take longer.
PAGE TRUCK - this will
send a page to the truck. The unit will flash a red page light and will
beep until the Clear button is pressed. You will be notified if the page
is received by the truck. You will receive a notification when the message
is acknowledged, however it may take up to 10 minutes after the button
is pushed to receive this notification.
