About Dispatch

The Truckers Helper provides the capability to record the date and time for Pickups and Deliveries. In addition, you can enter Check Call data.

To Display Dispatch:

1. Display the Pickups and Delivery window as outlined in About Pickups and Delivery.

2. Click the Dispatch button located on the Delivery toolbar.

3. To access the Dispatch window from The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Loads.

4. From the Loads pulldown menu choose Dispatch. The Dispatch window is displayed.

5. To access the Dispatch window from the Fleet Version Program Flow click the Dispatch   icon.

6. Press the  Alt + L keys located on your keyboard to toggle to the Loads window.

7. Press the  Alt + B keys located on your keyboard to toggle to the Billings window.

Note: It is important that you view the Tutor from the Dispatch window to thoroughly understand how this feature works.
