To View Detail Pickup and Delivery:
Display the Dispatch window as outlined in About Dispatch. The Change Trucks dialog box is displayed.
Choose a Truck Number from the pulldown list.
Click Ok. The Dispatch window is displayed.
Click the Pickup From or Deliver To fields to display the Details dialog box. The Details dialog box displays the company name, address and phone number.
To call the customer click the phone number field. The Dial Up dialog box is displayed.
Click Dial.
Click OK and pick up your phone.
