The Truckers Helper program determines whether a load is assigned or not assigned.
Assign A Load:
Display the Pickups and Delivery window as outlined in About Pickups and Delivery.
Assign a Truck Number to the load. If the load is assigned to Truck # N/A it is loaded as an unassigned load.
Display the Load Board window as outlined in About Load Board.
Select the Unassigned Loads tab (if not already selected) to display unassigned loads.

Click on the ProNumber to assign a load.
The ProNumber is displayed in the field located at the bottom of the Load Board window.

Enter the Truck # for this load.
Enter the Trailer # for this load.
Click
the Assign Load
button located on the bottom of the Load Board window.
The Truckers Helper assigns the load and clears it from the Load Board.
Other Features:
Waiting For Pickup - Displays loads that have been assigned, but have not yet been picked up.
Loads Enroute - Displays loads that have been picked up, but do not have an actual delivery date shown.
All Loads For Truck - Displays the Select Truck dialog box, and then displays loads that have been assigned to the selected truck.
Print Grid - Displays the Print Window.
Note: Click on the To field for any pickup or delivery to display more details. If there are multiple pickups or deliveries for the load, a separate dialog box for each selection is displayed.
For Fleet and Professional Versions:
Click on the Truck # field under Waiting For Pickup or Loads Enroute to display the Dispatch window.
To see who the carrier is for Truck # Broker click on the Trailer # field under Waiting For Pickup or Loads Enroute to display the Pickups and Delivery window.
