In The Truckers Helper Fleet and Professional Version program you can assign loads to contractors. To assign a load to a contractor you MUST use the Load Board.
To Assign Loads To Contractors:
Enter the load in Billing and Pickups and Delivery.
Assign the load to Truck # N/A and Trailer # N/A.
Display the Load Board window as outlined in About Load Board.
Select the Unassigned Loads tab (if not already selected) to display unassigned loads.
Click on the ProNumber to assign a load.
The ProNumber is displayed in the field located at the bottom of the Load Board window.
Enter c in the Truck # field. The Contractor Information window is displayed.
Complete the Contractor Load Assignment data to finish assigning the load.
