The Truckers Helper provides the capability to summarize the From and To locations for all trailers. The Trailer Tracker is used in conjunction with the Pickup and Delivery records. Once you complete Pickup and Deliveries, the trailer location data is displayed in Trailer Tracker.
The Trailer Tracker should not be used if you are leased to a company and are hauling different trailers, since adding new trailers often would exceed the capacity of the trailer tracker. The Trailer Tracker is designed for drivers who have their own trailers and need to record their locations. Leased operators should use the Mileage Tracker to keep track of their trailers.
To Display Trailer Tracker:
From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Loads.
From the Loads pulldown menu choose Trailer Tracking.
The Change Trailer dialog box is displayed.
Choose the Trailer Number from the pulldown list. The Trailer Tracker window is displayed.
Note: It is important that you view the Trailer Tracker Tutor to thoroughly understand how this feature works. From the Pallet Tracker Main menu bar choose Help. From the Help pulldown menu choose Tutor.
