To Display Options:
Display the Log Master window as outlined in About Log Master.
From the Log Master Main menu bar choose Options.
Note: A check mark displayed next to the menu item identifies the option is turned ON. No check mark identifies the option is turned OFF.
Sounds - Turns the sound effects ON or OFF.
Set Current Driver as Default - Sets the driver displayed in the Log Master window as the default.
Reset Colors to Defaults - Resets the colors used for the Log Master Legend.
Log Shift Change Locations - Turns the Location Entry ON or OFF. If you want The Truckers Helper program to check for speed violations then turn ON the location entry and routing. If you are using the program to create a log page then you MUST turn ON Log Shift Change Locations. See also Enter Locations.
Verify Time/Location - Checks trip distance and/or time, and calculates daily travel distances. You MUST choose both Log Shift Change Locations & Verify Time/Location for this feature to work properly. The Truckers Helper program uses the ProMiles Truck Routing System, set on Practical Miles, to calculate the distances between locations.
Use Auto Mileage Entry - Turns the auto mileage entry ON or OFF.
Input Mode - Choose Driver Mode if you are using the Log Master to create and check your own logs. Choose Verification Mode if you are using the application to check your drivers logs. At the end of each day the Violation/Verification dialog box is displayed so you can check the log for missing data.
Change Trucks - Change the truck number assigned to this driver.
Delete All Records - Choose Delete Current Driver's Records to delete all records for the driver displayed in the Log Master window. Choose Delete All Driver's Records to delete all driver log records in The Truckers Helper.
Import Old Record Logs - Imports previous years record logs.
Edit Office Address Info - Updates the office address information. Enter changes and click OK.
