Log Master™ Status Settings

To Select Log Master Status Settings:

1. Display the Log Master window as outlined in About Log Master

2. From the Log Master Main menu bar choose Status. The Status dialog box is displayed.

3. Click the Team check box, if the driver is a team driver.

4. Click the Details check box, if you are using The Truckers Helper to create your own log. (Selecting this option displays the Pre-Trip dialog box at the beginning of each day.)

5. Click the 24 Hour Clock check box to display Military time.

6. Click the Log Letters check box to check your drivers logs. (Selecting this feature generates violation letters as required by DOT as violations are found.)

7. Enter the Speed Limit for this truck. The Truckers Helper uses this data in determining whether the driver has a speed limit violation.

8. Enter the current Rules Set. (Usually set to 0 for the 70 hour 8 day rule set.)

9. Click the Speed Violation check box if you have routing with your version of The Truckers Helper program. The program checks the distance for each drive and notifies you of any speed violation. (You MUST turn ON Log Shift Change Locations in Options settings.)

10. Click Save.

11. Click OK.
