The Truckers Helper program provides the capability to manually enter shift changes. Manual Entry is much faster than using the mouse and clicking on each shift change.
To Enter Shift Changes:
Display the Log Master window as outlined in About Log Master
The Manual Hour Entry text filed box is located just below the right corner of the log graph.
Enter the Time of the shift change in standard time format and press the Enter key located on your keyboard.
Enter the Status of the shift the driver is starting. (Always enter the next starting status, now the ending status.)
Note: The Truckers Helper program already knows what status you are changing from. It also needs to know what status you are going to at the time of the shift change.
The Truckers Helper program draw the appropriate line on the graph, and prompts you for shift change locations, miles for the day, etc., depending on how the other Options are set.
