About Inventory

The Truckers Helper provides the capability to keep records of spare parts. You can track parts by Item Name or Location, and you can associate various parts with other parts using the Associate With field.

You can also search inventory based on Description, Dates, or Notes. Reports print out the Current Record, All Records, or print a Shopping List with all items that are below minimum.

To Display Inventory:

1. From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Accounting.

2. From the Accounting pulldown menu choose Inventory. The Inventory window is displayed.

Note: It is important that you view the Tutor from the Inventory window to thoroughly understand how this feature works.
