To View Inventory Report:
Display the Inventory window as outlined in About Inventory.
Click
the Reports 
button
located on the Inventory toolbar to display the Reporter window.
From the Reporter Main menu bar choose Inventory. From the Inventory pulldown menu choose from Current Record, All Records, or Shopping List.
The Inventory Reports identify detailed inventory data. You can generate different data by selecting from the following:
Current Record - Includes all the fields for the record currently displayed in the Inventory window.
All Records - Contains all records that have been entered in Inventory.
Shopping List - Includes items that are below the minimum quantity shown for the item.
