The Truckers Helper provides the capability to record trailer and tire maintenance data, and remind you when scheduled maintenance is due. You MUST add a trailer record before you can create a trailer maintenance record. Once the trailer record is added, and data is recorded about the last lube, brake and inspection services The Truckers Helper program checks the current hub (miles) against the maintenance records to determine if maintenance is due. You can also schedule maintenance reminders by date.
To Display Trailer Maintenance:
From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Maintenance.
From the Maintenance pulldown menu choose Trailer Maintenance. The Trailer Maintenance window is displayed.
To access the
Trailer Maintenance window from the Fleet
and Driver Versions Program Flow click the Maintenance
icon located in the Related
Activities list box.
From the Maintenance
icon list click the Trailers 
icon.
Note: It is important that you view the Tutor 
from the Trailer Maintenance window to thoroughly understand
how this feature works.
