Create Trailer Maintenance Record

To Create Trailer Maintenance Record:

1. Display the Trailer Maintenance Records window as outlined in About Trailer Maintenance.

2. From the Trailer # pulldown list choose the trailer number.

3. Click the Add button located on the bottom toolbar.

4. Enter the Date of the last performed maintenance. (The current date defaults unless you type a different date.)

5. Enter the Date of the last Lube performed.

6. Enter the Date of the last Service performed.

7. Enter the Date of the last Annual Inspection performed.

8. Enter the Hour Meter of the last Refer Service Hours performed, if applicable.

9. Enter any Notes that may be relevant to the maintenance of the trailer.

10. Enter the Brake Linings measurement in decimals. For example, an 1/2 inch brake lining depth is .5.

Note: There is one brake lining per axle per side.

11. Select the appropriate check box for Items Checked, if applicable.

12. Click the Save button located on the bottom toolbar.
