Create Trailer Maintenance Reminder

You can schedule a trailer maintenance reminder by date. The Truckers Helper displays a pop-up window of any scheduled events that are within 7 days of being due, or over due.

To Create Trailer Maintenance Reminder By Date:

  1. Display the Trailer Maintenance Records window as outlined in About Trailer Maintenance.

  2. Choose the Trailer # from the pulldown list.

  3. Enter the Date of the reminder.

  4. Enter the Description of the reminder to be performed on the date entered.

  5. Click the Save button located on the bottom toolbar.
