Create Trailer Tire Record

The Trailer Tire Record is associated with the trailer number, which appears the same for all records related to that trailer.

To Create Trailer Tire Record:

1. Display the Trailer Maintenance Records window as outlined in About Trailer Maintenance.

2. From the Trailer # pulldown list choose the trailer number.

3. From the Tire Records chart located on the Trailer Maintenance Records window click on the Asterisk button. The cursor advances to the TrlrNo# field.

4. Enter the TrlrNo# (trailer number) and press the Enter key located on your keyboard twice.

5. Enter the Date (mm/dd) of the tire inspection and press the Enter key located on your keyboard twice.

6. Enter the Tire Serial # and press the Enter key located on your keyboard twice.

7. Enter the Tread depth in decimals and press the Enter key located on your keyboard twice.

8. Enter any applicable Notes such as tire location.

9. Click the Save Tire button.

10. Click the Save button located on the bottom toolbar.
