Create Truck Maintenance Record

To Create Truck Maintenance Record:

1. Display the Truck Maintenance Records window as outlined in About Truck Maintenance.

2. From the Truck # pulldown list choose the truck number.

3. Click the Add button located on the bottom toolbar.

4. Enter the Date of the maintenance. (The current date defaults unless you type a different date.)

5. Enter the Hub Reading of the last Oil performed.

6. Enter the Hub Reading of the last Lube performed.

7. Enter the Hub Reading of the last Full Inspection performed.

8. Enter any Notes that may be relevant to the maintenance of the truck.

9. Enter the Brake Linings measurement in decimals. For example, an 1/2 inch brake lining depth is .5.

Note: There is one brake lining per axle per side.

10. Select the appropriate check box for Items Checked, if applicable.

11. Select the Exempt (No IFTA) check box located next to the Truck # field, if the truck is exempt from fuel and road taxes.

Note: IFTA fuel mileage and purchases for exempt trucks is included on the Fuel Report.

12. Click the Save button located on the bottom toolbar.
