Create Truck Tire Record

The Truck Tire Record is associated with the truck number, which appears the same for all records related to that truck.

To Create Truck Tire Record:

1. Display the Truck Maintenance Records window as outlined in About Truck Maintenance.

2. From the Truck # pulldown list choose the truck number.

3. From the Tire Records chart located on the Truck Maintenance Records window click on the Asterisk button. The cursor advances to the Truck # field.

4. Enter the Truck # and press the Enter key located on your keyboard twice.

5. Enter the Date (mm/dd) of the tire inspection and press the Enter key located on your keyboard twice.

6. Enter the Tire Serial # and press the Enter key located on your keyboard twice.

7. Enter the Tread depth in decimals and press the Enter key located on your keyboard twice.

8. Enter any applicable Notes such as tire location.

9. Click the Update Tire button.

10. Click the Save button located bottom toolbar.
