To Customize Truck Maintenance Reports:
Display the Truck Maintenance Records window as outlined in About Truck Maintenance.
Click
the Reports 
button
to display the Reporter window.
From the Reporter Main menu choose Maintenance. From the Maintenance pulldown menu choose Truck. From the Truck pulldown menu choose from Current Record, History, Monthly Maintenance, Tire Report, or To Do List.
The Truck Maintenance Reports identify detailed maintenance data about your truck. You can generate different data by selecting from the following:
Current Record - Includes all fields for the record displayed in the Truck Maintenance Records window. You can include the memos on the report.
History - Includes the complete maintenance history for any truck. You can include the memos on the report.
Monthly Maintenance - Includes the monthly maintenance history about your truck from the specified start and end dates. (This feature is currently unavailable.)
Tire Report - Includes the tire records for any truck. You can include memos on the report.
To Do List - Includes a list of all incomplete reminder items for your truck. You can include memos on the report.
