About Payroll

The Truckers Helper provides the capability to handle a variety of pay types typical to the trucking industry as well as salaried employees. Payroll is designed specifically for the trucking industry.

To Display Payroll:

1. From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Accounting.

2. From the Accounting pulldown menu choose Payroll.

3. From the Payroll pulldown menu choose Setup to display the Payroll Setup window

4. From the Payroll pulldown menu choose Do Payroll to display the Payroll window.

5. To access the Payroll Setup window from the Fleet Version Program Setup click the Payroll Setup   icon.

6. To access the Payroll window from the Fleet Version Accounting Flow click the Payroll icon.

Note: It is important that you view the Tutors from the Payroll and Payroll Setup windows to thoroughly understand how these feature works.
