Pay Owner

To use the Pay Owner function follow these steps,

1. Set up the owner in your customer records.  Assign his type as Truck Owner from the drop down list.  

2. In the payroll setup check the Spcl2 box for any drivers where you want to pay the owner rather than the driver.  A message box will appear when you exit the box telling you to select the owner.  Tell that box OK and the Customer List box will appear with all the people you've assigned as Truck Owners in it.  Select the appropriate truck owner.  

The program will now pay that owner for all payroll for that particular driver.  The remainder of the Payroll Setup should be set up in the standard manner with appropriate pay rates, deductions, etc. all marked.
