The Truckers Helper Bookkeeper Version provides the capability to maintain a number of separate companies in the program. This is accomplished by adding new Data Sets for each company you wish to keep records.
The Truckers Helper starts with the truck.mdb data set. This is the basic data set for the program and cannot be renamed or deleted.
All features in The Truckers Helper work only with the current data set.
Data added or deleted affects only the current displayed data set.
Automated reminders only appear when the data set is loaded.
The Truckers Helper will not search all available data sets for reminders.
The truck.mdb data set is the only data set checked when The Truckers Helper program starts.
Note: All other data sets are checked when you change and load the data sets.
