Everyone should Compact their database at least once a month. This will remove the blank spaces caused by temporary files, deleted data, etc. and will repair any problems in your database.
To Compact Database:
From the Truckers Helper choose Utilities. From the Utilities pulldown menu choose Backup. The Database Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Compact Database button. The Compact DB dialog box is displayed.
Click Yes to continue with the compact.
The path box will display. This will already have the path to your database in it, DO NOT CHANGE THIS without specific instructions from support.
The Compact Complete box will appear, answer YES to the Delete Temporary File question.
