The following special functions are available from the Database Maintenance window.
To Access Database Maintenance:
From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Utilities. From the Utilities pulldown menu choose Backup. The Database Maintenance window is displayed.
From the Data Base Maintenance Main menu bar choose Special Functions. From the Special Functions pulldown choose from one of the following:
Clear Database - Deletes all records in your database except the Address Book, Driver Records, Truck Maintenance Records, and Trailer Maintenance Records.
Convert 2001 to 2002 - A conversion utility that converts your database from the 2001 Truckers Helper to the 2002 Truckers Helper.
Debugger On - Do not activate this without instructions from technical support. The debugger will slow your program down and may corrupt your database if used incorrectly. This is only for use in extreme conditions when your Truckers Helper program is behaving strangely and we cannot determine the cause any other way.
Install HHUPD - You MUST call us for the daily access code before you can run this program. It is used to install the Windows Help File components. Most computers have these components installed and this fill may not be needed.
Run Query - Allows you to run action queries and other advanced queries on your database, and MUST be unlocked by technical support and is only available with the Fleet Version of The Truckers Helper. Running an incorrect query can destroy your database. Be sure to discuss any queries you wish to run with The Truckers Helper support staff before you run them. Remember to always backup your database before you try to run any queries.
UPDATE DATABASE - this feature is only used occasionally when you receive specific instructions from support on in the Update Notes with an Online Update.
UPLOAD DATABASE - this is a special upload and should only be used when instructed to by support. Instructions on using the function will be provided by your support rep.
