The Truckers Helper provides the capability to assign a password to the program. This password is required every time you open the program. You can also assign different passwords to Billing, Income and Expenses, Payroll, and Driver Records.
You have three chances to enter the password. Failure to enter the correct password on the third chance causes the Truckers Helper program to close. Forgotten passwords can be retrieved.
To Setup Password Protection:
From the Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Utilities. From The Utilities pulldown menu choose Password Setup. The Password dialog box is displayed.

Enter the desired Password. Re-enter the desired password to Confirm. Click OK to save the new password. Click Cancel to exit without saving your password. Passwords can be up to 10 alphanumeric characters.
The next time you open The Truckers Helper program the Pswd dialog box is displayed.

Enter your Password in the text box.
Click Done.
The Truckers Helper program opens.
To Remove Password Protect:
From the Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Utilities. From The Utilities pulldown menu choose Password Setup. The Password dialog box is displayed.

In the Current Password text box enter your current password.
Note: Leave the Password and Confirm text boxes blank.
Click OK to save your new password (which is blank). Click Cancel to exit without saving your new password.
