To Setup Reminders:
From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Utilities. From the Utilities pulldown menu choose Program Options. The Preferences window is displayed.
Select the tab labeled Reminders.
Turn reminders ON or OFF by selecting a check box.
Driver Records - Typically used to check date reminders for Driver License and Medical renewals. Will check for reminders whenever you start the program and when dispatching a truck to which this driver is assigned.
Customer Records - Typically used to check date reminders for Address Book entries. Will check for reminders whenever you start the program. (Fleet Version Only: checks broker rating/available credit when booking a load.)
Truck Maintenance - Typically used to check mileage and date reminders for Truck Oil Change and Lube maintenance. Will check for reminders when starting the program, when dispatching the truck and when entering mileage for the truck manually.
Trailer Maintenance - Typically used to check mileage and date reminders for Trailer Oil Change and Lube maintenance. Will check for reminders when starting the program.
Dispatch Late Loads - Typically used to check reminders for Pickup and Delivery late loads. You MUST use Billing, Loads, and Dispatch for this feature to work properly. Will check for late loads when first starting the program.
You can also check for reminders at any time by clicking UTILITIES/CHECK REMINDERS.
