Status Box

The Truckers Helper provides the capability to enhance Income & Expenses, and give a summary of accounts through the Status Box.

To Setup Status Box:

  1. From The Truckers Helper Main menu bar choose Utilities. From the Utilities pulldown menu choose Program Options. The Preferences window is displayed.

  2. Select the tab labeled Status Box.

  3. Turn reminders ON or OFF by selecting a check box.

Note: You MUST select the Show Status Box check boxes to display. Right click on the Status Box to hide.

Note: It is suggested you not turn the Status Box ON for network installations due to speed issues loading The Truckers Helper on a workstation.

General (Displays on the main window in all Versions):

Accounting Status (Displays on the main window and Income & Expenses window in the Full and Fleet Versions):

Load Status (Displays on the main window in the Full and Fleet Versions):

Note: In the Driver and One Truck Versions the Accounts Receivable is any Outstanding Reimbursed Expenses, the Cash Account Balance is the sum of all Cash Accounts entered in The Truckers Helper program, and the Outstanding Payable is the sum of all Charge Accounts entered in The Truckers Helper program.

Note: It is important that you view The Status Box Tutor from the Income & Expenses window to thoroughly understand how this feature works.
