Setup Rating System

The Truckers Helper provides the capability to use rating methods.

To Setup Rating System:

1. Display the Routing window as outlined in About Routing.

2. From the Routing Main menu bar choose View. From the View pulldown list choose Map Options. The Routing Options window is displayed.

3. Click the Add New button located in the Rate Table.

4. Enter the Rate Name of the rating method.

5. Enter the Rate Empty amount you wish to charge for empty miles.

6. Enter the Rate Loaded amount you wish to charge for loaded miles.

7. Enter the Loading Fee.

8. Enter any Other Fees.

9. Choose the Routing Type from the pulldown list.

10. Click the Save button to save the rate.

11. Close the Routing Options window.
